Theater & Lobby
$50.00/hr or $350.00/day
Max. 10 hrs on the same day, including set up and clean-up.
All events will end by 12:00 a.m. Additional time will apply at $25.00 per hour.
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation, with the remaining 50% due on the day the of rental event. VPAT currently accepts cash or check. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in loss of deposit.
Clean-Up Information & Deposit
Rental clients are responsible for the clean-up of the rented space, according to VPAT instructions. A separate refundable clean-up deposit of $350 for theater rental is due at the time of reservation. The deposit will be returned to the rental client within 5 business days of the rental event, provided space is cleaned to VPAT standards.
Tech Coordinators & Personnel
All additional personnel, including but not limited to sound/lights operators, ushers, and box office staff are the responsibility of the rental client and are not provided by VPAT as part of the space rental. Rental clients may not use VPAT’s theatrical lights and sound system without the supervision of a VPAT designated Tech Coordinator. Clients will be billed $25.00/hr for tech services.
